Return and Exchange Policy for Products

At Mundo Tuyo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy for sweaters is as follows:

1. Defective Sweaters:
   Sweaters with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
   
   The defect must not result from wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage.
   
   
2. Size Exchanges:
   If you need a different size, you may exchange your sweater within 30 days of purchase, provided the sweater is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
   
   
   
3. Return & Exchange Process:
   Contact our customer service team at DonaldWearsch@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
   
   For defective items, please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and photos of the defect for verification.
   
   For size exchanges, indicate the size you wish to exchange for, and we will confirm availability.
   
   
4. Resolution:
   For defective sweaters, we will offer a replacement or a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
   
   For size exchanges, we will ship the requested size once the original item is received and verified.
